Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by gw2 through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the gw2 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gw2 as the service provider.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. gw2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account found to be in breach of this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security
To access the full range of gw2 services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. gw2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including identity documents such as a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. Accounts that fail verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the gw2 platform agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that causes harm to others. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games (e.g., team manipulation).
- Uploading or distributing harmful, seditious, or copyright-infringing content through the platform.
- Abusing platform promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the original intent of those offers.
- Disrupting the operation of gw2's systems, servers, or infrastructure in any way.
Gw2 reserves the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, should any of the above prohibitions be violated. All decisions made by gw2 regarding compliance matters are final.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All transactions on the gw2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a variety of commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. gw2 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes and will notify the user within a reasonable timeframe. Any attempt to circumvent or evade verification procedures is a serious breach of these Terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Gw2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform — including but not limited to technical disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. Users place bets at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gw2 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of gw2 and is protected under Malaysia's applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The gw2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over the content or policies of those sites and accept no responsibility for any loss arising from their use. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law

Gw2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gw2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, law enforcement requests, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the gw2 platform or these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
